Our new food hall Yalm will be opening its doors to diners on 22 November, offering a ground floor cafe bar and a first floor restaurant where customers will be able to order from one of six kitchens.
The ground floor cafe bar will feature:
Folks Coffee Co – a modern coffee and cocktail concept dedicated to sourcing the best local, high quality products to provide an intimate coffee experience and a modern take on cocktails.
Flying Saucers – offering customers an artisan cheese, wine and small plates grazing bar, which will be delivered by a sushi conveyor system.
MILK – serving artisan soft serve ice cream in a number of mouth-watering flavours including meringue, salted caramel, affogato and brownie.
The six kitchens that will be serving for the first floor restaurant:
Eric’s Pizza – it specialises in authentic hand-stretched Neapolitan pizza made on site from 24-hour fermented dough, cooked the traditional way in a wood oven.
Baha – a taco stall serving up corn tacos with the authentic flavours of Mexico.
NXXDs – a non-traditional ramen and dumpling kitchen inspired by ingredients, broths and garnishes from around the world.
Toast Kitchen – offering an all-day menu from 10am-5pm of brunch dishes alongside freshly-prepared salads and “bowls of goodness”.
Souk – promises grilled dishes, cooked over coals, with authentic tastes from the Middle East.
On the Bone – a ‘chop house’ specialising in charcoal-grilled chops and steaks with modern, gutsy flavours. There’ll also be fresh ground burgers and slow cooked ribs accompanied by its house made sauces.
