Yalm held a packed out press launch for local media, influencers and bloggers on Monday 28 November and ther ewas a fantastic turn out including BBC Radio Norfolk’s Kayleigh Poacher who recorded interviews with all of the kitchens. The attendees were treated to samples of the the food from all of the kitchens plus a cheese and wine curation at Flying Saucers.
