A new Thai pop-up kitchen has opened in our food hall Yalm.
Running it are Andy Davis and Dee Mitchell, who are the owner and head chef, respectively, of Take Thai in Dereham Road.
Issan is an eastern region of Thailand and it is known for its strong flavours.
The menu features a selection of starters and sides, such as vegetable spring rolls and chicken satay and salads.
The majority of the menu is gluten-free and there are also plenty of vegan options.
The dishes will have the punch and zing of Thai cuisine balanced slightly for western tastebuds. Featured here is its Panang Beef served with blue coconut rice.
Their promise is that if you like East Asian food, not just Thai, then this place will blow your senses.
