So let’s meet Tom Ginn owner of Toast Kitchen – the architect of the all day brunch menu.

Toast Kitchen offers a brunch menu from 9am-5pm with its signature dishes such as Harrisa Spiced Eggs with Crispy Bacon, Dipping Pecorino Hashbrowns in a Bloody Mary or a black pudding hash like no other, all served alongside freshly-prepared salads and ‘bowls of goodness’.

Toast’s creative Head Chef combines his Mediterranean style of cooking with local produce to create mouth-watering dishes for everyone to savour.
