Last month, Lauren Rose Interior Design became the first new tenant to open in the Royal Arcade since the new owners took control.
Owner Lauren Collins-Hines has enjoyed a very encouraging first few weeks, “Without a doubt, this is already proving to be a great move for my business. I have had lots of enquiries and plenty of commissions. I’m now looking to employ someone to be in the shop whilst I am out on appointments. It has all happened much quicker than I expected and I’m really pleased with the reception I have had here from the people of Norwich. I am looking forward to growing my business over many, many years here.”
Footfall figures for the Royal Arcade have continued to rise as more people return to the city centre for their shopping. The week leading up to the Easter weekend saw the year’s highest footfall of over 42,000 and for the last 12 months to w/e 17 April, just under two million shoppers have visited the Royal Arcade.
