Events coming up at Yalm – informal art class, post-natal pilates and wine tasting

Yalm is holding three special events in the second half of June that deserve your attention:

 

Sunday 18 June, 2.30-4.30pm Paint & Sip: an informal art class with cocktails from Folks Bar.

 

 

 

 

 

Tuesday 27 June, 8.30-9.30am Breathe Easy Pilates – Mumma & Baby Social: a morning of movement, making new friends & nourishing your body, starting with a Post Natal Pilates Class, concentrating on pelvic floor and abdominal rehabilitation. The movements we practice will release tension through the spine, hips & shoulders whilst using lateral breathing to connect the mind and body. Followed by a delicious and nourishing breakfast prepared by TOAST.
